Who owns this website, who carries out the work, and what each of us is responsible for.
Who you are dealing with
Sydney Metal Roof Replacements is owned by a third party. All work is carried out by Amilyo Tobia trading as Dezire Metal Roofing, ABN 39 287 958 181, who holds CPC32620 Certificate III in Roof Plumbing, and carries $5 million public liability insurance, and is subject to their terms of use and refund policies. Sydney Metal Roof Replacements is not responsible for any work carried out between a customer and Dezire Metal Roofing.
What this website is
Sydney Metal Roof Replacements is a website that puts homeowners in touch with a metal roofing contractor. It is owned by a third party. It does not employ roofers, it does not carry out roofing work, and it does not quote or invoice for it.
When you call the number on this site or send an enquiry through a form, your details are passed to Amilyo Tobia trading as Dezire Metal Roofing so they can contact you about the work.
Who your agreement is with
Any quote you receive, any work carried out, and any payment you make is a matter between you and Amilyo Tobia trading as Dezire Metal Roofing, ABN 39 287 958 181. Their terms of use and their refund policy apply to that work, not ours.
Sydney Metal Roof Replacements is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the work carried out under it. If something goes wrong with a job, raise it with Amilyo Tobia trading as Dezire Metal Roofing directly.
The roof plumber carrying out the work holds CPC32620 Certificate III in Roof Plumbing, issued by Building Trades Australia Education & Training (RTO 30979) in September 2025. That is a trade qualification rather than a contractor licence.

The roofing photographs on this site are of work carried out by Amilyo Tobia trading as Dezire Metal Roofing, supplied by them. None of them is a stock photograph and none is generated. They are shown to illustrate the kind of work described on the page they sit on, not as a claim about what your roof will look like, and the description beside each one describes the photograph rather than the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing on this page takes away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. The consumer guarantees that apply to roofing work are guarantees you have against the business that does the work, and they cannot be excluded by anything written here.
Using this website
The guides, service pages and cost information on this site are general information about metal roofing. They are written to be accurate and they are not advice about your particular roof. No figure on this site is a quote, and prices are not published here precisely because a number without your roof attached to it is not useful.
The text, photographs and drawings on this site belong to their owners and are not free to reuse. You are welcome to link to any page on it.
What we do with your details
Details you send through a form are used to answer your enquiry and to pass the job to the contractor, and nothing else. The privacy policy sets out what is collected, how it is stored and how to have it deleted.
