Everything a roof plumber finishes in one trade

Everything here is work a roof plumber can finish without booking a second trade. If it is not on this list, we probably do not do it, and we would rather say so.

01Full re-roofWe take the old roof off and put a new metal one on. While it is open we check the timber underneath and replace anything that has rotted.02Tile to metalSwap a tile roof for steel. The tiles come off, we check the frame is right for the change, and the new roof goes on in sheet.03COLORBONDCOLORBOND steel in the colour and profile you choose, laid the way the manufacturer says it has to be.04New roofsA brand new roof on an extension, a rebuild or a new house. We start at the bare frame and finish the lot.05GutteringNew gutters, downpipes and fascia, either with a new roof or on their own.06Standing seamA sharper look with no screws showing on the roof. The panels join along a raised seam instead.07Shed roofsSheds, workshops and outbuildings. Usually a one or two day job, and usually well overdue.08Garage roofsGarages and carports, attached or standalone. Why the list is this short

A lot of roofing sites list twenty services because listing them costs nothing. The problem is that the enquiry then arrives for something the business cannot actually do well, and somebody wastes an afternoon finding that out.

We work in metal. No tile restoration, no repointing, no roof painting, no internal ceiling work, and no small leak chasing as a service. Those are real trades and we are not them.
