Narrow side setbacks and close neighbours make getting material on and rubbish off the real constraint. It is worth being seen rather than quoted off satellite where possible.
Inland specification
Comfortably outside the coastal zone, so the standard coating range is the normal choice.
Low pitch on the add-ons
Enclosed verandahs and rear additions are often laid much flatter than the house roof. Every profile has a minimum pitch published by the manufacturer, and below it the roof will not shed water reliably however well it is fixed.
